You can pay for orders by credit card, Postepay, Paypal, cash on delivery.
In some cases you can view the option to pay in advance by bank transfer or, if you pay by credit card, the Try first, pay later method!

Remember that the data for issuing the invoice must coincide with those entered in the billing address.
Be careful to enter the VAT number under "additional information", before completing the order.
If you have made a return, the refund will be made within 14 working days from the date of delivery of the package to the courier.
When we receive your return in stock, we will send you a confirmation email.
If you have paid the standard shipping costs and decide to return the order in full , these will be refunded.
Did you pay cash on delivery?

Have you paid by credit card?
In this case the refund will be made on the same card or on the associated bank account. It may happen that the refund date on your bank statement coincides with the purchase date.
Did you pay with Paypal?
You will receive the amount relating to the items returned on the same Paypal account.
Have you made an advance payment by bank transfer?
The refund will be made to the same checking account.
Cash on delivery
When completing the order in the "Payment" phase, select the "Payment on delivery" item.
Payment on delivery does not involve any additional expense.
Keep the exact amount handy to pay for your order.
It is not possible to pay your order with the ATM but only in cash .
When entering data for shipping, be careful to add the correct house number and the name on the intercom. Also add other details that can help the courier (staircase, interior, etc.).
If your payment method isn't available
Why can't I find the payment method I want to use for this order?
For some payment methods, for example for the one on delivery, we pay in advance and then we receive the payment once the courier delivers the order to you.
This is why it is important to make the payment secure, both for us and for our customers.
The reasons why the desired payment method is not available for the order can be different.
For example, we take into account the cost of each payment. In some cases, a certain payment method may be more expensive, may result in a higher return cost or be more risky for us.
Adapting payment methods helps reduce returns, which is also good for the environmental impact.
Like other platforms and stores, we also use independent credit bureaus to help us evaluate our customers' ratings.
In some cases and for some orders, their data may prevent you from paying with your preferred payment method.
What can I do if the payment method is not offered to me?
Our customer service cannot change the payment methods offered.
If your preferred method is not available at the moment, it is possible that it will be for a subsequent purchase.
In the meantime, if you want, you can use one of the payment methods offered and conclude the order.
